SO WHAT NEXT? 

The booking process: 

1. Fill out inquiry form

2. If I am available I will send you quote and contract

3.Contract is signed & deposit ($200) is paid

4. Done! You are booked in!

Once contract is signed, number of services cannot be decreased. If you would like to request to add on more services later, I will let you know if I am able to accommodate the request.

I am more than happy to travel to your destination. It would be my pleasure to take my pampering to you! Travel fees are in addition to my regular service costs and need to be paid prior to the wedding. 

- Travel is $65/ hour (ex: 2 hours total drive time = $130)

- Early Start Time is $50 for every 30 mins before 8am

A " Destination Wedding " is anything OVER 1 1/2 hour (in one direction) from a home base. Each destination wedding is unique and with that, so is the pricing. 

A more accurate detailed answer will be available upon inquiry after looking at your unique needs.

Once we have a signed contract, we can schedule a trial run. 

I always encouraged  your bridal preview is your opportunity to visualize your bridal hair, explore alternative styles and learn about hair accessories, extensions, and hair care leading up to wedding day.  

Bring photos and an open mind.

Your bridal preview hairstyle is not required, but recommended. Overall, a bridal preview is a smart investment for any bride , as it offers a peace of mind, time to experiment, a chance to communicate with your stylist, and reduces stress on the big day.

 I allocate 1 1/2 - 2 hours, one or two styles as long as they are an easy transition, or you can book 2 separate appointments. This way you can find the style that perfectly complements your wedding gown and overall look.      

Trials are available for members of your bridal party (including moms)

As we approach your wedding day, I will customize a timeline for you and your group. I will also provide you with hair prep information.

Beauty Artistry by Natalia offers military discount $50 off bride's services. I appreciate the immense and hard work you and your partner have done for our country. I do appreciate you more than you know and thank you for your service. 

I can do makeup. If bridal party is a large group and I am styling hair, I can refer you to some specialists who I enjoy working with. 

I highly recommend clip in hair extensions if your hair has a tendency not to hold well. The extensions supports the curl so that you have a longer lasting style and they can be used for length and volume for up styles as well. The  best brands to invest in are Bellami and Luxy. They have the best quality of hair.

Everyone receiving services must come with CLEAN DRY hair (washed the night before preferably). If you have curly hair and you are looking for a smooth style, please blow dry smooth, but do not use a flat iron. The longevity of your style will not be guaranteed if your hair has any moisture in it when styling. Styling is done of clean dry hair only. 

Each style is different and can take a different amount of time. But to give you an idea, the bride will take an hour or so and the bridal party around 45 minutes. Please note, I do not schedule a time slot per girl.  In the final timeline, I will give the bride a timeframe of hours to complete the services, and ask everyone to be there at the start time.

The first look, or time you are leaving, is NOT your finish time for hair. Your photographer will need shots of you getting ready, getting into your dress, etc. To sum this up, your finish time will be long before the time you leave to walk down the aisle...

I will tend to style you toward the end, but not last. I want to ensure you have more than enough time for hair and makeup without feeling rushed.

I do not schedule time slots per girl. Some services take longer than others and sometimes there is someone in the makeup chair who is not ready for hair. I will provide a time slot (amount of hours) based on how the total amount of time it will take to do your entire party.

Everything will run much more smoothly, if everyone arrives promptly at the time provided. My top priority is to make sure you, along with your party, feel absolutely comfortable and beautiful every step of the way!
